1. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of flaws. Fashion items can be tried on to see if they fit but are still considered unworn.
2. The original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included with the product.
3. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Seller packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not apply tape or stickers to the manufacturer's box.
